Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Bella Nova Furniture offers a 7-day return window starting from the time of delivery or pickup for best seller sectionals ONLY(see list below) otherwise all other sales are final.Â

Free Returns at Delivery
Customers may refuse the item at the time of delivery before our team leaves, and the item will be returned with no restocking fee. Once the delivery has been accepted and our team has left the location, the standard return policy below applies.
7-Day Return Window
After delivery has been completed, customers may request a return within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns during this period.

Show no signs of damage, misuse, or assembly issues
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

Return Transportation
Customers are responsible for transporting the item back to the Bella Nova warehouse unless otherwise arranged.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, minus the applicable restocking fee. Please note it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
