Refund policy
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a return within 7 days from the time of delivery or pickup. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns from the time item has been shipped out to within the 7-day period. All items must be in their original condition and in its original packaging and must be returned at our Bella Nova store warehouse. Returns will be refunded in the same form of tender as the original transaction. All items will be inspected upon return.
Customer is responsible for the return to warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
