Bella Nova Furniture provides free local delivery from our warehouse located in North Highlands, California.
Delivery Area
We offer free delivery within approximately a 130-mile radius of our warehouse, including the Sacramento region, Bay Area, and Tahoe areas. If you are unsure whether you are within our delivery range, please contact us before placing your order.

Long- Distance Freight Shipping
Customers outside of our local delivery zone may contact us to arrange long-distance freight shipping. In these cases, we can help coordinate delivery through a trusted third-party freight carrier. Shipping availability, timing, and costs will vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Delivery Timing
Delivery timing depends on product availability and the time the order is placed. Many of our in-stock items are available for:

Scheduled delivery later in the week
Some items may be temporarily out of stock, which may require additional time before delivery can be scheduled.
Delivery Scheduling
After placing an order, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Customers may also call or text us directly to schedule their preferred delivery date.
All deliveries are scheduled within a delivery window, not an exact appointment time.
Delivery Service
Bella Nova offers free white glove delivery on all local in-radius delivery orders. Customers may choose the delivery method they prefer.
Delivery options include:

In-home white glove delivery

Optional furniture assembly (free upon request)
If in-home delivery is selected, the customer must be present during the scheduled delivery window.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Adequate doorway and hallway clearance

A clear pathway for delivery

Someone is available during the delivery window if in-home delivery is selected
If a customer is not present during a scheduled in-home white glove delivery, the order may be subject to a redelivery fee.
If the customer is not present and the order is left at the front door or exterior location, a delivery confirmation photo will be taken and sent. Once the item is dropped off and confirmed, Bella Nova Furniture is not responsible for the item afterward.
Inspection at Delivery
Customers must inspect their furniture at the time of delivery or pickup.
If there are any damages, defects, or issues, they must be reported before accepting the item so our team can address the situation immediately. Customers may refuse the item at delivery in accordance with our return policy.
Warehouse Pickup
Customers may also choose warehouse pickup. Pickup must be scheduled in advance with our team.
