Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders can be placed with items that are out-of-stock in warehouse, these orders can be delayed in shipment up to (1-2) months. If your shipment experiences such delay, we will contact you via email or phone. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm PST through Sunday, or holidays. 

Most In-stock orders after placed take approx. 5-10 business days to be delivered. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
